Eli Mitchell-Larson

As COO, Eli led SunFarmer's efforts to expand into new markets, agricultural initiatives at SunFarmer Nepal, and operations of SunFarmer US. Eli now serves on the Board of Directors of SunFarmer Nepal.

Prior to joining SunFarmer, Eli was an Associate at New Island Capital, an environmental and social impact investment firm focused on advancing renewable energy and sustainable agriculture. Eli worked across renewables project finance, private lending, and real assets investments, working on deal teams to deploy more than $125 million across 15 direct investments. He also led the development of a 500 kW solar array to power a 400-acre organic blueberry farm.

Eli has conducted research or performed in over fifty countries, and enjoys vocal performance and hiking. Eli holds a BS in Geology & Geophysics and Environmental Studies from Yale University.
